I had one of the most disappointing experiences with Lea Clothing. I ordered two garments, returned them for an exchange (at my own courier cost), and for two months there was no response despite repeated follow-ups. Only after constant chasing did I finally receive a vague message offering store credit with ₹500 extra — with no real apology or accountability for the long delay and unprofessional handling. For a brand charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, timely communication, and responsibility — not silence and careless treatment.
