If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can initiate the return pick up via our website by paying the return pickup charges of Rs. 150. (It will be deducted from store credit in case of returns and refunds).

Returns

If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day return period, you can place a return request through the following link: https://leaclothingco.returnscenter.com/

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (Store Credit)
Once we receive your item and our backend team has inspected it for damages with no anomalies, our CRM team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your Lea Account. 

If a user completes placing an order via the Lea PayLater (BharatX) payment method, they will be eligible for the refund amount in form of store credits.
Please note, this store credit will only be issued to the user post completing repayment of all their pending dues on Lea PayLater. 

(BharatX policies would be applicable here)

Exchanges

If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day exchange period, you can place an exchange request through the following link: https://leaclothingco.returnscenter.com/

Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email. 

Items can be exchanged only once after receiving the order. If you notice any damage in the products, kindly share an unboxing video of the package at the time of delivery, to prove the claim. 

Lingerie and Swimwear items, Customised Items and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please Note: Processed Orders can't be cancelled. Also, we only have a store credit policy in case of returns or cancellations.
