Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — Saanjh by Lea

Thank you for choosing Saanjh by Lea. Each piece in this collection is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and occasion-led design. Due to the nature of these styles, our policy differs slightly.

General Conditions

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with:

All original tags intact
Tamper-proof ribbon seal fully intact

1. Returns

We do offer returns on any Saanjh by Lea products, subject to the following conditions

Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of date of delivery using the link: [https://www.leaclothingco.com/apps/return_prime]
Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Returned with all original tags intact
Returned with the tamper-proof ribbon seal fully intact
In original packaging

A reverse pickup will be arranged once the request is approved
A ₹150 return pickup fee will be applicable for initiating the return. If it is not paid at the time of raising the request, the same will be deducted while issuing the refund in the form of Store credit.

Important:

Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Already exchanged order will not be eligible for return.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

2. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of date of delivery using the link: [https://www.leaclothingco.com/apps/return_prime]
Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Returned with all original tags intact
Returned with the tamper-proof ribbon seal fully intact
In original packaging

A reverse pickup will be arranged once the exchange request is approved
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size
A ₹150 return pickup fee will be applicable for initiating the exchange.

Important:

Each order is eligible for one exchange only
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Customized / made-to-order products (any product with size, fit, or design modifications requested by the customer)
Items with:

Missing tags
Removed or tampered ribbon seal
Signs of wear, damage, or alteration

4. Return & Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

A courier partner will be assigned for pickup
The product will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse (within 2–3 business days)

For Exchange requests: Post receiving the original product/order, the replacement item will be dispatched within 10-14 business days
For Refund requests: Post receiving the original product/order, the refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit within 5-7 days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.

6. Important Notes

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified
Saanjh by Lea products are not covered under the standard Lea return policy
Lea Clothing reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on quality checks
