1. Sale Structure & Offer Application

1.1 Offer Details

  • The lowest-priced item in each eligible pair will be free.

  • Discounts are automatically applied at checkout—no coupon code is required.

  • For carts containing multiple eligible products, items will be paired automatically by the system and discounts will be applied as per the promotional logic configured by Lea. The discount calculated at checkout shall be final.

1.2 Offer Eligibility

  • This offer is exclusively available to customers invited by Lea as part of a reactivation campaign.

  • To access the offer, customers must successfully complete the designated feedback form during the campaign period.

  • Completion of the feedback form is a prerequisite for participation but does not automatically guarantee eligibility.

  • Eligibility is determined solely by Lea based on customer purchase history, campaign criteria, and internal verification checks.

  • The offer is personal to the invited customer, non-transferable, and may not be shared with or redeemed on behalf of another person.

  • Lea reserves the right to cancel orders placed by customers who are found to be ineligible for the promotion.

1.3 Redemption Limits

  • Eligible customers may avail this offer only once during the campaign period.

  • Multiple orders placed using the same email address, phone number, delivery address, payment instrument, or any related identifiers may be reviewed, modified, or cancelled at Lea's discretion.

1.4 Applicability

  • The offer is valid only during the published campaign period.

  • The offer cannot be combined with additional discount codes unless explicitly communicated by Lea.

2. Cart, Inventory & Order Processing

2.1 Inventory Allocation

  • Products are reserved only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Adding products to the cart does not guarantee availability.

  • In the event of high demand, orders completed first will be prioritised.

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled at Lea's discretion.

  • Customers with a history of order refusals, excessive returns, or suspected misuse may be restricted from placing COD orders under this promotion.

2.3 Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2.4 Promotional Misuse

  • Lea reserves the right to cancel, combine, modify, or refuse orders where multiple transactions appear to have been placed with the intent of circumventing promotional conditions.

  • Any misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the promotion may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

 


 

3. Exchanges During the Sale

All BOGO purchases are treated as a single promotional bundle and are governed by the following exchange policy.

3.1 Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size changes of the same product, subject to availability.

  • Style changes, colour changes, product swaps, and upgrades or downgrades to different products are not permitted.

  • Free items do not carry standalone exchange value and cannot be exchanged independently from the promotional transaction.

  • Lea reserves the right to request return of both items from the promotional bundle where necessary to maintain the integrity of the offer.

3.2 Exchange Window & Fees

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

  • An exchange fee of ₹150 per exchange request will be applicable.

3.3 Product Condition for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and tamper-proof ribbons must remain intact.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, alterations, or misuse.

  • All exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt.

Items that fail quality inspection will not be eligible for exchange and may be returned to the customer.

3.4 Availability Constraints

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, Lea's customer support team will assist with the best available resolution as per company policy.

3.5 Important Exchange Notes

  • Products purchased under this promotion do not have standalone discounted values.

  • Any exchange, adjustment, or dispute will be evaluated based on the original promotional transaction as a whole.

  • Incomplete returns or exchange shipments may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

 


 

4. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, you must notify Lea within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers may be required to provide an unboxing video and supporting photographs for verification.

  • Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

  • Upon verification, Lea will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with its policies.

 


 

5. Payment & Delivery

5.1 Payment Options

  • Prepaid orders are recommended for faster processing.

  • COD may be available on eligible orders, subject to verification and approval.

5.2 Shipping Timelines

  • Due to increased order volumes during promotional periods, dispatch may take 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on serviceability, courier operations, and destination pincode.

5.3 Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

 


 

6. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

  • All purchases made under this promotion are eligible for exchange only.

  • Returns and refunds are not applicable on BOGO promotional purchases.

  • Store credit will not be issued against products purchased under this promotion.

  • Existing store credit, if available, may be used only in accordance with Lea's store credit policy and any campaign-specific restrictions.

  • Store credit can only be redeemed when logged into the corresponding Lea account.

Exceptions

Lea reserves the right to issue refunds where required due to:

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Quality concerns identified before shipment

  • Payment failures

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Operational or technical errors

  • Any other exceptional circumstances determined by Lea.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

 


 

7. General Conditions

  • Reverse pickup services are subject to courier serviceability in the customer's location.

  • Lea reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify promotional benefits in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, policy violations, or operational requirements.

  • All decisions made by Lea regarding eligibility, offer application, exchanges, cancellations, and dispute resolution shall be final and binding.

  • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
