Horrible customer service

I have reached out to Lea’s team at 3 different platforms constantly for a week, but to no avail. I don’t want to diss on anyone’s craft but the sizing is absolutely not fitting for indian women’s bodies. I tried reaching out to them on whatsapp, Instagram, mail, but no one has replied. Absolutely pathetic experience.

quality is terrible and it’s clearly defective and stitching are falling apart
this is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve always expected better from your brand, so I’m genuinely upset to see how bad this item is.
This is definitely not the product I was expecting, and it’s left me feeling frustrated and let down. I’d like to get a refund or a replacement with a proper-quality item.
Please let me know what you can do to fix this, as I really can’t accept this kind of service.
