Bad quality and sizing issue

Even though I followed the size chart the top is really small for me and I don’t even know who it would fit. Ideally it should have with the measurements given. The skirt also looked really prettty on the website but in real life feels like a rag. I’m sorry but I’m really disappointed because I love the brand and I can’t figure out what went wrong. Maybe I just chose the worst two pieces lol.
