The worst purchase ever

Terrible experience — don’t fall for the “size inclusive” claim.
I sized way up and bought a 5XL top, and it still only covered my chest — not even my torso. This is marketed as a regular top, not a crop, and it’s completely unwearable.
The worst part? I placed the order on May 4 and received it on May 21, despite their claim of 7 business days. No one responded to my emails, calls, or DMs. I finally got a reply only after chasing them on WhatsApp.
Now I’m trying to return the items and again — total silence. No replies from any platform.
Honestly, this feels like a scam. It’s disappointing and disrespectful, especially for a brand claiming to be size inclusive and customer-first. I lost money on clothes I can’t wear and a brand I can’t trust.
