BOGO Sale Policy (27 March – 5 April)

1. Sale Structure & Offer Application

1.1 Offer Details

  • The sale will be live from 27 March 2026, 12:30 PM onwards until 5 April 2026, or until stocks last, whichever is earlier.
  • Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) on selected styles only.

  • The lowest-priced item in the set will be free.

  • Discounts are automatically applied at checkout—no code required.

1.2 Applicability

  • Offer is valid only during the published sale window.

  • Cannot be combined with additional discount codes.

 


 

2. Cart, Inventory & Order Processing

2.1 Inventory Allocation

  • Products are reserved only after successful payment.

  • In case of high demand, orders completed first will be prioritised.

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation via call/SMS/email.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled after 7 days.

2.3 Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.

 


 

3. Exchanges During the Sale

All BOGO purchases are treated as a single promotional bundle.

 


 

3.1 Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size change (same product), subject to availability.

  • Both items (paid + free) must be returned together for an exchange.

  • Individual items from the set cannot be exchanged separately.

  • Style, colour, or price changes are not permitted.

 


 

3.2 Exchange Window & Fees

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

  • A ₹150 exchange fee per product will be applicable.

 


 

3.3 Product Condition for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and tamper-proof ribbons must be intact.

  • Products will undergo a quality check before approval.

  • Items failing the quality check will not be eligible for exchange and may be shipped back to the customer.

 


 

3.4 Availability Constraint

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.

  • In case the requested size is unavailable, our team will assist you with the best possible resolution.

 


 

3.5 Important Notes

  • Free items do not hold standalone value and cannot be processed individually.

  • Incomplete returns (only one item from the set) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 


 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

  • Our customer care team will assist you with a priority resolution.

 


 

5. Payment & Delivery

5.1 Payment Options

  • Prepaid orders are recommended for faster processing.

  • COD orders require confirmation.

5.2 Shipping Timelines

  • Dispatch may take 4–6 business days due to high order volumes.

  • In case of unexpected delays or certain styles requiring additional processing time, dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your pincode and courier partner.

5.3 Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

 


 

6. General Conditions

  • All purchases made during the sale are eligible for exchange only.

  • Returns and refunds are not applicable on BOGO orders.

  • Store credit is not available for BOGO purchases. In exceptional cases, as determined solely by the brand, refunds may be issued only in the form of store credit. Please note that store credit will only be issued if both products purchased under the BOGO offer are returned.

  • In case only one product from a BOGO order is returned, a refund equivalent to 50% of the order value for the returned product may be issued in the form of store credit, subject to the brand’s approval.

  • Store credit (if any) can only be used when logged into the corresponding Lea account.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability of your pincode.

  • Lea reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer or cancel orders in case of misuse or operational requirements.
